Tanisha Mehta is an Indian television actress and model known for her work in Hindi television. She is known for portraying Shreya Maheshwari in Shubh Laabh – Aapkey Ghar Mein,[1] Ishaani Dhoopar in Lag Ja Gale[2], and Heer Grewal in Ikk Kudi Punjab Di.[3] Later, she portrayed Vrinda Gokhale in Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi 2[4] and continued to portray Vrinda Gokhale in it's spin-off Kyunki Rishton Ke Bhi Roop Badalte Hain.[5]

Early life
Tanisha Mehta was born in Mumbai, India, and was brought up in New Zealand. She later completed her education in Australia.[6]
Career
Mehta began her acting career in 2021 with the lead role of Shreya Maheshwari in the Sony SAB television series Shubh Laabh - Aapkey Ghar Mein.[7]
The same year, she made her Bhojpuri film debut opposite Pravesh Lal Yadav in Ghoonghat Mein Ghotala 2.[8]
In 2023, she starred opposite Namik Paul in Zee TV’s romantic drama Lag Ja Gale, portraying Ishaani Dhoopar.[9]
Later that year, she played Heer Grewal in Ikk Kudi Punjab Di.[10]
In 2025, Mehta joined the cast of Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi 2 as Vrinda Gokhale.[11]
