In April 2025, telli raised €3.1 million ($3.6 million) in a pre-seed funding round led by Cherry Ventures.[4][5] Following the launch, the founders were listed on the Forbes 30 Under 30 Europe list for Technology in 2025.[6] The company operates within the broader European generative AI and agentic software sector.[7]
Technology and Operations
telli provides a software platform designed to manage automated call routing and sales workflows for consumer-facing companies.[8] The system utilizes voice AI to handle initial customer interactions, such as appointment scheduling and lead qualification, operating in industries such as real estate and solar energy.[9] The platform includes functionality to transfer calls to human operators when queries exceed the AI's parameters.[10]
telli's services are utilized by clients in Germany, the United Kingdom, the United States, Poland, France, the Netherlands, Italy, Switzerland, and Romania.[11] The company utilizes audio models from Cartesia for its underlying text-to-speech voice generation.[12]
