Nooblord

Nooblord also know as Nooblordjjj was the first dictator of The Revolutionary Computer Union from 1945 to 1952, when he was assassinated on September 20, 1952 (2024), during a speech to the PC Communist Party members alongside other important political figures at the age of 73.

Nooblord was born somewhere in the year 1879 and led his revolution in the 1920s, for it to then bloom into the second most powerful superpower on Earth, built out of slavery and corruption with an authoritarian administration for its prisoners (citizens) and harsh relations with the outside world, with a bloodthirst for power and territorial extension.

Amongst all the members that were handpicked by his hand, he was seen as a figure of power and peace, and death and war for others (the second being the most common one.) A hero, for some. But one that nearly led to nuclear annihilation for humanity almost made people have to hide in fallout bunkers.

During his time as a strict Dictator, most changes were made for his benefit. Such as his own military branch dedicated entirely to his protection and the protection of his fellow government members. Even though nothing was enough to stop his death, he knew once it arrived it would lead to the darkest pits of hell opening to swallow him whole, and he tried everything to hold back its death, the fear of something that for many was unknown but for him was obvious: what awaited beyond the line between life and death.

He pushed his best scientists, engineers, and generals all together to arrange everything to slow it down, but someone else knew the monster he had raised in his eyes. With fame and love in the air, she stepped closer and soon exploded with a can of Fanta, leaving a bloodshed over the PCCP people on the stage, vice versa of what many had lived through during 7 years of his regime.

Ironically, what Nooblordjjj had thought of as "the solution to the derailment of humanity and mankind" and the opposite of the regimen he had once lived in turned into what he had once sworn to destroy.

90gq31

90gq31, well known for being the former Minister of Foreign Relations, the former Head of the Central Committee and a former Government Member, also the current Dictator of the whole of TRCU. 90gq31 joined TRCU on 2024/05/11. Just 3 days later, he joined a famous, now defunct division called Spedsnaz. After the division was disbanded, he decided to join the CGB.

He assisted in the founding of the Ministry of Foreign Relations. After nearly 9 months, he became the Minister of Foreign Relations and a Cheaper Government member. He was also the former Commandant of L.E.M.O.N., eventually retiring.

On 2025/08/06, 90gq31 became a member of Government, as he had proven himself to have been a competent and fair TRCU figure. As Government, 90gq31 was able to reform many things, such as the Inspector Corp, as well as implement new policies, such as allowing TRCU members to attain the rank of PCCP via boosting any TRCU affiliated server, rather than just the main server. 90gq31 retired from The Computer Union on 2026/01/18.

On 2026/02/20, following the sellout of TRCU and the creation of TRCU, 90 was reinstated to his former Government position and he’s currently serving as one of the two Chairmen in TRCU.

V0id1z was killed by a suicide bomber and appointed 90 as the new Dictator.

V0id1z

V0id1z was the actual dictator of TRCU, he first joined the Computer Union on 03/19/2024. From there on he had worked his way up to an officer, developer, Government Member, and Dictator. void1z was and still is one of the best TRCU developers. He made a huge contribution to the development of the Papers Pls game. He built many models and helped with many construction projects. In general, he is an ideal developer and scriptwriter; God must have given him to us for some merit. He made a huge contribution to the development of the long-awaited City update. Void1z also created the original TRCU Utilities bot (later mostly replaced by Garry (Garry was killed and TRCU Utilities is used again)), which helped organize the union and simplify the ranking process in TGRA. On the 24th of September 2025, in recognition of his work towards the betterment of the Union, he was officially granted the newly established role of Lead Developer by Sevs. He frequently hosted battle and defense trainings, granting him newfound appreciation from the community. As void1z continued working on the Papers Pls game, more and more people started believing he was worthy of becoming a member of the Government. However, the existing government was not enthusiastic about this, likely because of void1z's frequent shenanigans, such as conducting gang wars (2BB vs. Lemitsia) and leading the Borsh Militia (raider group). However, due to his popularity, a campaign for his appointment as a Government member was created. This campaign had no significant results, resulting in v0id1z's retirement on 10/5/25 (10/5/61) because he felt "like a slave to the union."

His retirement triggered mass strikes and protests, which eventually resulted in him being finally appointed as a Government member. However, this incident resulted in his bot, "TRCU Utilities," being replaced by a new bot created by Motak which has made its return after Motaks demotion. In the present, void1z has returned to work on Papers Pls and is assisting in the management of the Great Computer Union.

On February 20th, after Sevs decided to sell the entire community to a corporate conglomerate, Void1z nuked the TCU discord server to save the reputation and established a new one, called The Revolutionary Computer Union. He titled himself as dictator and caused a significant portion of the playerbase to move to this new discord server in support.

Void1z died on May 28th, 1963 during an Army Inspection After LoathsomeBreadEater revealed he had a Fanta bomb strapped onto his chest and exploded the stage, killing Void1z instantly.

Lookr1se

Look_r1se is a former dictator of the Revolutionary Computer Union and its puppet states. He succeeded Nooblord as dictator following his death in October 2024 (1952 in the game's lore). He was succeeded at the date 24/3/25 by Newblord, the son of Nooblord. Look_r1se is best known for his declaration of war on the United Republic of Man. Now he is banned from TRCU due to being on the RO-cleaner list.

Look_r1se joined TRCU on the 9th of September, 1952. From there he rose through the ranks of the Glorious Robot Army and became an architect serving the glorious union.

On the 19th of June, 1952 (time works confusingly in TRCU), Look_r1se was appointed as Field Marshal following Olimusy's retirement. From there he led the Glorious Robot Army through various trials and tribulations until his promotion to dictator.

Following Nooblord's death on the 21st October, 1952, Look_r1se became the second ever dictator of The Computer Union. His justification for this was simple: nooblord stated minutes before his death that his successor would be the Field Marshal. Following this r1se appointed J.Mistro, a General in The Glorious Robot Army, as the next Field Marshal. In his reign as Dictator, the following events occurred.

1. Melody retired and then came back. 2. Sevs, Crefeated, and Craftico all became government members. 3. Disbandment of SCAR and creation of the 2nd Bulldog Brigade (now the 2nd Bulldog Brigade). 4. Mistro's career as FM. 5. Bose appointed as FM, Zeni demoted. 6. War declaration on URM. 7. Nearly abolishing Fanta from the game

====Sevhs1===- Sevhs1 also know as sevs became a part of TRCU as a scientist in September 2023. His life within The Computer Union took a big turn when he joined the CGB. In this position, he was very much involved in moderation, banning numerous members, including Narze. He rose through the ranks, consistently contributing to moderation both within the Papers Pls Roblox game and on Discord which gave him a good reputation.

Upon becoming a CGB HICOM, Sevhs1 initiated and implemented heavy reforms that are credited with shaping the CGB into its current effective state. His influence in moderation continued to grow, and following tomislav2016's removal, he was appointed to the Directorate. As the Director, he assumed responsibility for overseeing nearly all aspects of moderation within TRCU. A few months after becoming Director, he also took over the Central Committee.

Sevhs1 is also recognised as one of the founders of the Airforce. Later, he became a Government member, where he focused on resolving conflicts within the community. On May 17th, 2025, he was appointed as the Chairman of TRCU. Sevhs1 has retired from his position as the Director of CGB as of the 12th of September, 2025. Sevhs1 served as the Director for 1 year and 1 day.

United Republic of Man

The United Republic of Man (URM) is a democratic and capitalist nation and also a parody of United States. It is the TRCU's greatest enemy and is the leader of FATO (Freedom Accord Treaty Organisation), an alliance of democratic capitalist states with the TRCU verse. The URM also has a border game similar to Passport Pls, known as Purely Capitalism.The URM was founded by dissidents from TRCU, led by millz91. Their first president was Friedtriangle, who helped guide the nation through its early years, although he was eventually removed by the CMIA. A principal reason for the growth of the URM was a now-removed post made in the TRCU announcements channel promoting the group so that it could become a competition to the TRCU.

The URM leads FATO (Freedom Accord Treaty Organisation). FATO's primary goal is to counter the influence of TRCU and the communist members of the Borshaw Pact. FATO's members include

Federative Republic of Walnuts (FROWN) GPUermany The Federation of VietMan The Mángyeisszágó Empire The URM also formerly had puppet states, those being Sillyvale and the Republic of Tyerna, although they have left the URM's sphere of influence.

TRCU and the URM have been at war for a while now, since Look_r1se's war declaration, although very little fighting has actually happened.

The head of state of the URM is determined by elections that occur relatively frequently (at least compared to the TRCU). Congress members are also elected who help construct and pass laws to affect the governance of the URM. Various political parties exist that all vie for control of Congress and the presidency. The current president of the URM is PlutoniaFrost, and the vice president is YoungMarineBOI.

The judiciary of the URM is led by Chief Justice Avertageon. Their primary goal is to interpret the URM constitution and laws.

The Democratic People's Republic Of Teapots

The Democratic People's Republic of Teapots is the third largest community in the verse and the second largest in the pact. The DPRT is a communist state that has proclaimed independence through a tough coup d'état against the Coffee Dynasty, a tyrannical imperialist.

Computerist State of Checkerlovakia

The Computerist State of Checkerlovakia is a group currently led by jandehavik2 as the leader. The group is a puppet state and ally of The Revolutionary Computer Union.

The Checkerlovakian capital city is Drague. Checkerlovakia is a member of The Borschaw Pact.

Computerist State of Progland

he Computerist State of Progland is a puppet state of The Revolutionary Computer Union, serving as a satellite support its influence across the continent of Urope. It holds the base of operations for the Borschaw Pact being a central member of the alliance.

The CSP, despite being a puppet state of The Revolutionary Computer Union, still act with an autonomous government however answers to the leadership of TRCU. Below is a list of all current government members.

Intended to be poverty ridden and poor in terms of the lore, of course that is not displayed to the rest of the world. In terms of the actual inspiration, like many groups, it is a sprout from TRCU with a similar idea of goofy historical ROBLOX LARP as nothing more than a joke. As well as taking inspiration from the formerly defunct, Computerist State of Eastern GPUermany.
