Theodore Brace (June 10, 1835 – May 27, 1921) was a state legislator and judge in Maryland who served as justice of the Supreme Court of Missouri from 1887 to 1907.

A native of Alleghany County, Maryland, Bruce was born June 10, 1835. He became a resident of Missouri in 1856.
