VitalPBX is a free and open-source software PBX management solution, based upon Asterisk PBX. It was created in 2017 and was written using the Python, PHP, Perl and C programming languages. It was designed to function as a business telephone system, with a graphical web-based management interface.[1]

Comment: Thanks for citing a few academic papers, but the level of notability required to justify a standalone article for a product or service is fairly substantial (WP:NPRODUCT), and this is a good start but probably not quite enough. - provide significant coverage: discuss the subject in detail, excluding routine coverage like product launches, staff appointments, or financial reports and listings in databases or listicles;
- are reliable: from reputable outlets with editorial oversight;
- are independent: not connected to the subject, such as press releases, the subject's own website, or sponsored content.
Please add references that meet all three of these criteria. If none exist, the subject is not yet suitable for Wikipedia.
