The two members crossed paths following a live event that Taneko's band performed at held by her music college.[1] After seeing Taneko perform, Tena gained an interest in her and enrolled in the same school.
Following her enrollment, Tena watched Taneko during her band's practice sessions. After the band removed of the guitarist they began to search for a keyboardist, and Tena became a candidate. Ultimately, Taneko decided to work with Tena and asked the other members to quit, as she believed the band didn't need anyone else but her.[1][2]
