Background
Padrosa was raised in Sant Cugat, near Barcelona, where he began working in the family restaurant at an early age. He later moved to the United States after receiving a tennis scholarship.[2]
He developed his experience in the hospitality industry through the family business before expanding the concept internationally.
The restaurant group has continued to expand in the United States.[3]
