Yiğit Tufan Eser (born 1986 in Yalova, Türkiye) is a Turkish executive and the current Secretary General of the Türkiye Exporters Assembly. Originally from Eskişehir, Eser began his professional career through his own entrepreneurial initiative following the completion of his education. After working in the private sector, he joined the Türkiye Exporters Assembly (TİM) in 2016. As of November 2024, he serves as Secretary General of TİM and is also a member of the Board of Directors of TİM A.Ş.[1][2]

Career
Yiğit Tufan Eser holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Economics from the University of Exeter, which he completed in 2011. He later earned a master's degree in Finance from Okan University in Istanbul in 2016 and completed an executive program at Koç University in 2024.
Eser began his professional career by founding Fashionple Bilişim A.Ş. following his undergraduate studies. He subsequently worked as a Projects Leader at GKN Automotive, a global engineering company in the automotive industry, before joining TİM in 2016.
Within TİM, Eser has held various roles, primarily in the Foreign Relations and Activities departments. He served as Deputy Secretary General from October 2020 until his appointment as Secretary General on 1 November 2024.
In addition to his role as Secretary General, Eser has been a member of the Board of Directors of TİM A.Ş., a subsidiary operating under TİM, since July 2025.
