Zachariah Wardlaw Jr. (December 22, 1844-?) was a farmer, mercantilist, and state legislator in Mississippi. He represented Hinds County in the Mississippi House of Representatives, served on the county school board, and was an alderman in Utica, Mississippi. He was part of an effort to erect a Jefferson Davis statue at the Vicksburg Military Park.
He had Scotish ancestors. He served in the Confederate Army.[1]
