"This draft is not adequately supported by reliable sources." - There is no specific explanation here. The article provides references for each line (they are given next to the Population, but refer to the line).
"This draft appears to be a duplicate of an existing article. Wikipedia does not permit multiple articles on the same topic." - The original article no longer exists (it has been renamed and split). Essential information — about population — is missing from the new articles, and without it, it is impossible to assess the scope and scale of ethnic groups; for separate articles, sorting the table by the world as a whole is impossible; the new articles use a different selection principle (more narrowly ethnic groups).
