Kyle Richard Amendt (born April 5, 2000) is an American professional baseball pitcher in the Arizona Diamondbacks organization.

Amendt played college baseball at the Southeastern Community College and Dallas Baptist University. He was selected by the Arizona Diamondbacks in the ninth round of the 2023 Major League Baseball draft.[1]

Amendt signed with the Diamondbacks and spent his first season with the Arizona Complex League Diamondbacks and Visalia Rawhide. He started 2024 with the Hillsboro Hops before being promoted to the Amarillo Sod Poodles.

Demetrio Miguel Crisantes (born September 5, 2004) is an American professional baseball second baseman in the Arizona Diamondbacks organization.

Crisantes attended Nogales High School in Nogales, Arizona.[2] He was selected by the Arizona Diamondbacks in the seventh round of the 2022 Major League Baseball draft.[3][4]

Crisantes signed with the Diamondbacks and made his professional debut in 2023 with the Arizona Complex League Diamondbacks.[5] He started 2024 with the ACL Diamondbacks before being promoted to the Visalia Rawhide.[6]

John Samuel "JD" Dix (born October 12, 2005) is an American professional baseball shortstop in the Arizona Diamondbacks organization.

Dix grew up in Whitefish Bay, Wisconsin and attended Whitefish Bay High School. As a freshman, he batted .449 with 24 RBIs and 21 stolen bases.[7] Dix committed to play college baseball at Alabama after the season.[8] He batted .452 as a junior.[9] Dix was selected to play in the MLB All-American Game during the following summer.[10] He also de-committed from Alabama and flipped his commitment to Wake Forest.[11]

Dix was selected with the 35th selection of the 2024 Major League Baseball draft by the Arizona Diamondbacks.[12] He signed with the Diamondbacks on July 23, 2024, and received an under-slot signing bonus of $2,150,000.[13]

Dix made his professional debut in 2025 with the Arizona Complex League Diamondbacks and was promoted to the Visalia Rawhide in late June.[14]

Kohl Everett-Scott Drake (born July 17, 2000) is an American professional baseball pitcher for the Arizona Diamondbacks of Major League Baseball (MLB).

Drake grew up in Sachse, Texas and attended Wylie High School in Wylie, Texas.[15] Undrafted out of high school, he attended Arkansas Tech University to play college baseball. In his freshman season of 2019, he went 1–3 with a 6.21 ERA over 33+13 innings.[16] He transferred to San Joaquin Delta College after that season. In the COVID shortened season of 2020, Drake went 1–0 with a 2.57 ERA over 21 innings.[17] Drake transferred to Walters State Community College ahead of the 2021 season. He produced a 9–3 record with a 3.72 ERA and 107 strikeouts over 72+23 innings in 2021.[18] Drake excelled in 2022, going 14–0 with 160 strikeouts over 93+13 innings. He was named the 2022 NJCAA DI Baseball Pitcher of the Year.[19] Drake appeared in one game for the Mahoning Valley Scrappers of the MLB Draft League.[20] Drake was drafted by the Texas Rangers in the 11th round of the 2022 MLB draft and signed with them.[21]

Drake split his debut season of 2023 between the ACL Rangers of the Rookie-level Arizona Complex League and the Down East Wood Ducks of the Low-A Carolina League, going a combined 2–5 with a 6.36 ERA and 55 strikeouts over 46+23 innings. Drake returned to Down East to open the 2024 season, going 2–1 with a 1.67 ERA and 71 strikeouts over 43 innings.[22] He was promoted to the Hickory Crawdads of the High-A South Atlantic League, going 5–3 with a 2.53 ERA and 57 strikeouts over 42+23 innings.[23] He was promoted to the Frisco RoughRiders of the Double-A Texas League in August.

On July 31, 2025, Drake, along with Mitch Bratt and David Hagaman, were traded to the Arizona Diamondbacks in exchange for Merrill Kelly.[24] He made four appearances down the stretch for the Triple-A Reno Aces, but struggled to a 1-2 record and 9.18 ERA with 19 strikeouts across 16+23 innings pitched. On November 18, the Diamondbacks added Drake to their 40-man roster to protect him from the Rule 5 draft.[25]

Hayden James Durke (born May 1, 2002) is an American professional baseball pitcher in the Arizona Diamondbacks organization.

Durke attended North Vermillion High School in Maurice, Louisiana.[26] He went unselected in the shortened 2020 Major League Baseball draft, and fulfilled his commitment to play college baseball at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette for the Ragin' Cajuns.[27] As a freshman in 2021, he was named their Opening Day starter.[28] For the season, he appeared in 14 games and went 2-3 with a 5.26 ERA.[29] He pitched only 12+13 innings as a sophomore in 2022, and entered the transfer portal after the season.[30] He transferred to Rice University, but did not make an appearance in the 2023 season.[31][32] He pitched for the Chatham Anglers of the Cape Cod Baseball League in the summers of both 2022 and 2023.[33][34][35] He was selected by the Arizona Diamondbacks in the 13th round of the 2023 Major League Baseball draft and signed for $350,000.[36]

Durke made his professional debut with the Arizona Complex League Diamondbacks, pitching to a 9.72 ERA over seven relief appearances. He spent the 2024 season with the Visalia Rawhide and the Hillsboro Hops, going 4-1 with a 3.18 ERA, 72 strikeouts, and 45 walks over 51 innings between both teams. He was assigned back to Hillsboro to open the 2025 season and was promoted to the Amarillo Sod Poodles in late May.[37] In July, he was promoted to the Reno Aces.[38] Over 45 relief appearances between the three teams, Durke went 3-3 with a 4.22 ERA, 74 strikeouts, and 35 walks over 49 innings pitched.[39]

Daniel James Eagen (born November 23, 2002) is an American professional baseball pitcher in the Arizona Diamondbacks organization.

Eagen attended Fuquay-Varina High School in Fuquay-Varina, North Carolina and played college baseball at Presbyterian College in Clinton, South Carolina.[40] As a junior at Presbyterian in 2024, he started 14 games and went 6-2 with a 2.67 ERA and 121 strikeouts over 77+23 innings.[41] After his junior year, he was selected by the Arizona Diamondbacks in the third round of the 2024 Major League Baseball draft.[42] He signed for $650,000.[43]

Eagen was assigned to Arizona's Spring Breakout roster during 2025 spring training.[44] After spring training, he was assigned to the Hillsboro Hops to make his professional debut.[45] Over 19 starts with the Hops, Eagen went 7-5 with a 2.49 ERA and 132 strikeouts over 97+23 innings.[46] In mid-August, he was promoted to the Amarillo Sod Poodles.[47] Over four starts with Amarillo to end the season, he went 0-3 with a 5.49 ERA over 19+23 innings.[48] After the season, Eagen was named the Northwest League Pitcher of the Year for his performance with Hillsboro.[49] The Diamondbacks also named him their Minor League Pitcher of the Year.[50]

José Luis Fernández (born September 22, 2003) is a Venezuelan professional baseball infielder for the Arizona Diamondbacks of Major League Baseball (MLB).

Fernández signed with the Arizona Diamondbacks as an international free agent in February 2021.

Fernández made 122 appearances for the Double-A Amarillo Sod Poodles in 2025, slashing .272/.321/.454 with 17 home runs, 80 RBI, and 12 stolen bases. On November 18, 2025, the Diamondbacks added Fernández to their 40-man roster to protect him from the Rule 5 draft.[51]

Spencer William Giesting (born July 2, 2001) is an American professional baseball pitcher in the Arizona Diamondbacks organization.

Giesting attended Father Stephen T. Badin High School in Hamilton, Ohio, and played college baseball at the University of Charlotte. During the summer of 2021, he played in the Cape Cod Baseball League with the Harwich Mariners.[52][53] As a sophomore in 2022, he appeared in twenty games (six starts) and went 7-4 with a 3.75 ERA over 74+13 innings. After the season, Giesting was selected by the Arizona Diamondbacks in the 11th round of the 2022 Major League Baseball draft.[54][55] Giesting signed with Arizona for $400,000.[56]

Giesting made his professional debut that season with the Arizona Complex League Diamondbacks before playing with the Visalia Rawhide, pitching a total of 15+13 innings between both teams. He played the 2023 season with the Hillsboro Hops, starting 24 games and going 7-4 with a 4.00 ERA and 124 strikeouts over 117 innings. Giesting opened the 2024 season with Hillsboro and was promoted to the Amarillo Sod Poodles in mid-June.[57][58] He was named the Diamondbacks Minor League Pitcher of the Month in September.[59] Over 25 starts between both teams, he posted a 9-10 record and 3.31 ERA with 154 strikeouts in 141+13 innings. Giesting was assigned to Amarillo to open the 2025 season and was promoted to the Reno Aces in early June.[60] He started 27 games for the season and went 8-9 with a 5.31 ERA and 131 strikeouts over 135+23 innings.[61]

David Hagaman

David Edward Hagaman (born April 16, 2003) is an American professional baseball pitcher in the Arizona Diamondbacks organization.

Hagaman attended Holy Spirit High School in Absecon, New Jersey and played college baseball at West Virginia University. He was selected by the Texas Rangers in the fourth round of the 2024 Major League Baseball draft.[62][63] He made his professional debut with the Arizona Complex League Rangers and was promoted to the Hickory Crawdads.

On July 31, 2025 the Rangers traded Hagaman, Kohl Drake, and Mitch Bratt to the Arizona Diamondbacks in exchange for Merrill Kelly.[64] He opened his Diamondbacks career with the Hillsboro Hops.[65] After the season he pitched in the Arizona Fall League.[66]

Jack Bratton Hurley (born March 13, 2002) is an American professional baseball outfielder in the Arizona Diamondbacks organization.

Hurley attended State College Area High School in State College, Pennsylvania and played college baseball at Virginia Tech.[67] In 2022, he played collegiate summer baseball with the Bourne Braves of the Cape Cod Baseball League.[68] After three years at Virginia Tech, he was drafted by the Arizona Diamondbacks in the third round of the 2023 Major League Baseball draft.[69]

Hurley signed with the Diamondbacks and spent his first professional season with the Arizona Complex League Diamondbacks, Visalia Rawhide and Hillsboro Hops.[70]

Ashton John Izzi (born November 18, 2003) is an American professional baseball pitcher for the Arizona Diamondbacks organization.

Izzi attended Oswego East High School in Oswego, Illinois. He committed to attend Wichita State University.[71] The Seattle Mariners selected Izzi in the fourth round, with the 126th overall selection, of the 2022 MLB draft.[72] He signed with the Mariners rather than attend college.[73] The Mariners assigned Izzi to the Everett AquaSox in 2025.

On July 24, 2025, the Mariners traded Izzi and Brandyn Garcia to the Diamondbacks in exchange for Josh Naylor.[74]

Izzi and his fiancé, Charlotte, became engaged at Funko Field in 2025.[75]

Yu-Min Lin (Chinese: 林昱珉; born July 12, 2003) is a Taiwanese professional baseball pitcher in the Arizona Diamondbacks organization.

Lin began playing baseball at age four. He has played on the Taiwanese national team (Chinese Taipei) in multiple international tournaments, including the World Baseball Softball Confederation U-12 Baseball World Cup, U-15 Baseball World Cup, U-18 Baseball World Cup, and U-23 Baseball World Cup.[76] He started two games for Taiwan's silver-medal run during the 2022 Asian Games, pitching to a 1–1 record with a 1.64 ERA and eleven strikeouts to three walks in eleven innings.[77] Lin started in the 2024 WBSC Premier12 final in a 4–0 against Japan, where he pitched 4 scoreless innings, ending Japan's 27-game-win streak and winning Taiwan their first ever major international tournament.[78]

Lin was signed by the Arizona Diamondbacks on February 16, 2022.[79] He made his professional debut with the Rookie-level Arizona Complex League Diamondbacks and was promoted to the Low-A Visalia Rawhide and finished the season with a 2–2 record and a 2.72 ERA with 91 strikeouts over 14 starts.[80] Lin began the 2023 season with the High-A Hillsboro Hops, and was the youngest player on the Hops roster.[81] Prior to the 2024 season, Lin was invited to spring training for the first time in his career.[82] Lin joined the Glendale Desert Dogs of the Arizona Fall League at the end of the regular season.[83]

As of the 2023 season, Lin throws a soft slider, a mid- to upper 80s fastball with arm side precision, and a changeup.[84]

Dylan Jabe Ray (born May 9, 2001) is an American professional baseball pitcher for the Arizona Diamondbacks of Major League Baseball (MLB).

Ray attended Bob Jones High School in Madison, Alabama and played college baseball at the University of Alabama.[85][86] He missed the 2021 season recovering from Tommy John surgery and returned in 2022 as the team's closer.[87] In 2022, he played collegiate summer baseball with the Yarmouth–Dennis Red Sox of the Cape Cod Baseball League.[88]

Ray was drafted by the Arizona Diamondbacks in the fourth round of the 2022 Major League Baseball draft.[89] He spent his first season with the Arizona Complex League Diamondbacks and Visalia Rawhide. He started 2023 with the Hillsboro Hops before being promoted to the Double-A Amarillo Sod Poodles.[90]

Ray made 28 starts split between Amarillo and the Triple-A Reno Aces in 2025, accumulating a 12-6 record and 5.45 ERA with 123 strikeouts across 140+13 innings pitched. On November 18, 2025, the Diamondbacks added Ray to their 40-man roster to protect him from the Rule 5 draft.[91]

Kristian Devaughn Robinson (born December 11, 2000) is a Bahamian professional baseball outfielder in the Arizona Diamondbacks organization.

Robinson signed with the Arizona Diamondbacks as an international free agent in July 2017.[92] He spent his first professional season in 2018 with the Arizona League Diamondbacks and Missoula Osprey,[93][94] slashing .279/.363/.428 with seven home runs, 27 RBIs, and 12 stolen bases in 57 games.[94] He started 2019 with the Hillsboro Hops[95][96] before earning a promotion to the Kane County Cougars in August. Over 69 games between both teams, he batted .282 with 14 home runs, 51 RBIs, and 17 stolen bases. Robinson did not play in a game in 2020 due to the cancellation of the minor league season because of the COVID-19 pandemic.[97]

Robinson was arrested early in 2020 for allegedly punching an Arizona Department of Public Safety officer in the face after the officer found Robinson walking into traffic on Interstate 10. Robinson released a statement indicating he was suffering from mental health issues due in part to the pandemic. The start to his 2021 season was delayed because he remained in the Bahamas to deal with the resulting legal issues.[98] On August 17, 2021, Robinson was sentenced to 18 months probation.[99] Robinson did not play in a game for the Diamondbacks organization in 2021, but was selected to the 40-man roster following the season on November 19.[100]

After spending the 2021 and 2022 seasons on the restricted list, Robinson was activated on May 29, 2023, and optioned to the Single-A Visalia Rawhide.[101] In 43 games split between the Rookie-level Arizona Complex League Diamondbacks, Visalia, and High-A Hillsboro, he batted a cumulative .271/.384/.452 with 7 home runs, 24 RBI, and 18 stolen bases. On August 12, Robinson was designated for assignment by the Diamondbacks following the promotion of Buddy Kennedy.[102] Robinson cleared waivers and was assigned outright to the ACL Diamondbacks on August 17.[103] He started the 2025 season with the Double-A Amarillo Sod Poodles and joined the Triple-A Reno Aces in late July.[104]

Aaron Jeffrey Vukovich (born July 20, 2001) is an American professional baseball third baseman in the Arizona Diamondbacks organization.

Vukovich attended East Troy High School in East Troy, Wisconsin. He was drafted by the Arizona Diamondbacks in the fourth round of the 2020 Major League Baseball draft.[105][106] He played his first season in 2021 with the Visalia Rawhide and Hillsboro Hops. In his 92 games that season, he had a .272/.320/.446 slash line, with 100 hits, 19 doubles, 3 triples, 13 home runs, 62 RBI, and 16 stolen bases

Vukovich started 2022 with Hillsboro before being promoted to the Amarillo Sod Poodles.[107] He reached Triple-A in 2024, returning to the Triple-A Reno Aces in 2025.[108]
