ENCON Equipment

ENCON Equipment is an American equipment rental company based in Nicholasville, Kentucky.[1] The company operates in Kentucky, Indiana, and Ohio.[2][3] Jordan Mitchell has served as the CEO of the company since 2023.[4]
History
ENCON equipment was founded in 2008. In 2023, Jordan Mitchell and Doug Elliott acquired the company and began expanding its rental business.[5] In the same year, it was added to the dealer network of Magni Telescopic Handlers.[6]
In 2024, ENCON opened a branch in Somerset, Kentucky. In 2025, it announced a new facility in Jeffersonville, Indiana, its third location in the region.[7][8] Later that year, ENCON opened a Fairfield, Ohio branch for the Greater Cincinnati area.[9]
In 2024 and 2025, Rental Management named ENCON the fastest-growing equipment rental company in the United States on its Market Movers lists.[10][5]
