East Forsyth High School is a public high school located in the town of Kernersville in Forsyth County, North Carolina. East Forsyth was established in 1962, and is a part of the Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Schools system.

East Forsyth High School was established in 1962, after the consolidation of Kernersville, Walkertown, and Glenn High Schools all into one school. The school colors (navy blue and white), the mascot (the eagle), the alma mater and school fight song, were all decided before the school opened. In the 1980s, silver was added to their schools colors, but it eventually shifted to gray.[3]
