East Garforth railway station

East Garforth is one of two railway stations that serve the town of Garforth, in West Yorkshire, England; the other, Garforth, is located around 0.5 miles (800 m) away. The station lies on the Selby Line and is operated by Northern Trains. It was opened by West Yorkshire Metro in May 1987.[1]

The station is fully accessible for wheelchair users, with ramps from the road to both platforms. Ticket machines are available for passengers to buy or collect pre-paid tickets prior to travel. Train running information is provided by a long line P.A system and digital display screens on each platform.[2]
