Eddie Jo Williams (born June 30, 1990)[1] is an Australian strongman and singer from Adelaide, South Australia.[2]

Biography

Williams was born in 1990 in Samoa. He moved to Australia to play rugby while concurrently working as a youth support worker.[3]

He is a two-time Australia's Strongest Man and has competed at the World's Strongest Man competition four times (2019, 2023, 2024, and 2025). He placed 10th in the finals of the World's Strongest Man for the first time in 2025 and set a championship record for the Hercules Hold,[4] holding the two pillars of 159 kg (351 lb) for 1 minute and 22 seconds.[3]

He is also known for his appearances on Australia's Got Talent in October 2019, America's Got Talent: Champions 2,[5] and the South Korean reality show Physical: Asia.[6]
