Edgar Eugene Fields (born March 10, 1954) is an American former professional football player who was a defensive tackle in the National Football League (NFL). He went to Lyndon Johnson High School in Texas.[1] He played college football for the Texas A&M Aggies before being selected in the third round of the 1977 NFL draft.[2] He played five seasons in the NFL for the Atlanta Falcons and the Detroit Lions.[3][4]
