Edmundo Villouta Concha (17 November 1926 – 4 November 2020) is a Chilean politician who served as deputy.[1][2]
He was born in Mulchén on 17 September 1926.[3] He was the son of Víctor Villouta Concha and Carmela Concha Cerda.[3] He married Elvira Carpinello Pozzoli and had seven children.[3]
He completed his primary education at Escuela No. 1 of Angol and his secondary education at the Liceo de Hombres of Angol.[3] Professionally, he was engaged in commercial activities.[3]
