Efkleidis metro station

Efkleidis metro station (Greek: Ευκλείδης, listen)[3] is a metro station serving Thessaloniki Metro's Line 1 and Line 2. The station is named after the ancient Greek mathematician Euclid and the neighboring homonymous technical school (Katsimidi and Papanastasiou streets). It entered service in 2024.[4]

Efklidis also appeared in the 1988 Thessaloniki Metro proposal, under the name Archaeological Museum.[5] Until 1957, the station was the tram stop Paraskevopoulou to this region.
