Ekebergia benguelensis, commonly known as the woodland dogplum, is a tree that is part of the Meliaceae family.[2] The plant is native to Angola, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Malawi, Mozambique, Tanzania, Zambia and Zimbabwe.
