Elsa Honig Fine

Elsa Honig Fine (May 24, 1930 – April 7, 2025) was an American art historian.[1] She was the editor and publisher of Woman's Art Journal, which she founded in 1980.[1][2] She also published two textbooks, including The Afro-American Artist: A Search for Identity (1973) and Women and Art: A History of Women Painters and Sculptors from the Renaissance to the 20th Century (1978).[1][2]
