Emilio Ballado Alvarado (born 2 May 1916, date of death unknown) was a Mexican boxer who represented his native country in the 1935 Central American and Caribbean Games[2] and in the 1936 Summer Olympics.[1]

In the 1935 Central American and Caribbean Games, staged in San Salvador, El Salvador, Ballado won the gold medal in the welterweight class —67 to 69 kg (148 to 152 lb)— against Panamanian pugilist Alberto Allan.[2] One year later, in the 1936 Summer Olympics celebrated in Berlin, Germany, he was eliminated in the first round of the welterweight class after losing his fight to Norwegian pugilist Rudolf Andreassen.[1]
