Extinct genus of litopterns From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Epitherium is an extinct genus of Litopterna, who belonged to the family Proterotheriidae. It lived during the Pliocene in South America. The fossils of this herbivorous ungulate were found in Argentina.[1]
