Erub Island is an island locality in the Torres Strait Island Region, Queensland, Australia.^[2] The locality contains only the island called Darnley Island (but is also known as Erub).^[3] The town on the island is also called Darnley Island.^[4] In the 2021 census, Erub Island had a population of 326 people.^[1]
