Essence of Soul (a.k.a. Essence of Soul: The Hits Collection) is a compilation album by Filipino R&B singer Kyla. It was released by EMI Philippines and PolyEast Records in July 2010 as part of her tenth year in the Philippine music industry.[1]
The album contains two CDs featuring 27 of her biggest hits such as "Hanggang Ngayon", "If the Feeling is Gone", "Back in Time", "Beautiful Days", "Not Your Ordinary Girl", Because of You", "I Feel For You", "I Don't Want You to Go", "It's Over Now", and I Feel for You. It also contains a new song "Hanggang Wakas", a duet with Malaysian pop-R&B artist Hazami.[1]
