Eulogio Balauitan Balao (March 11, 1907 – August 4, 1977) was a Filipino soldier and politician.
The son of Matias Balao and Praxedes Balauitan, Balao was born in barrio Annafunan of Tuguegarao, Cagayan, on March 11, 1907. He graduated high school in Tuguegarao in 1926. He had five children with his wife, Carmen Cepeda.[1]
