Evelyn Waddington (5 July 1857[2] – 25 August 1928) was a Welsh footballer and cricketer, who played in the 1877 FA Cup final for Oxford University.

Waddington was the sixth son of Alexander Joseph Waddington of Llanllowell. He was educated at Westminster School, an early adopter of association laws, on an open scholarship.[3] He represented the school at football and cricket.[4]
