Fahda Romie (born Jerome Alva Dunn Downes, 9 August 1993) is a Jamaican rapper and songwriter, known for his 2020 EP ExtraGalactic Quasar which led to him being named as one of Jamaican's top YouTube artists of 2021.[2]
Fahda Romie was born Jerome Downes on 9 August 1993, and grew up in May Pen, Clarendon, Jamaica.[3] He was raised by his grandparents from the age of 4 when his father relocated to the United Kingdom while his mother lived in the Cayman Islands.[4] He attended May Pen Primary School and Knox High School in Spalding Clarendon, Denbigh High School in May Pen Clarendon, Denbigh High School 6th Form and College HEART College of Hospitality Services.[4]
