Ayala Malls Fairview Terraces, also known simply as Fairview Terraces is a shopping mall in Quezon City, the Philippines, owned by the Ayala Malls group. It opened on February 28, 2014, and has a floor area of 114,000 m2 (1,230,000 sq ft), making it the third largest Ayala Malls in Quezon City after TriNoma and U.P. Town Center.[2]

Location
Fairview Terraces is located at Quirino Highway cor. Maligaya Drive, Pasong Putik Proper, Novaliches, Quezon City. Strategically located in Fairview area, the mall is across the intersection of Regalado and Quirino Highways, across the latter from SM City Fairview, a block away from Robinsons Novaliches and Milan Residenze and beside The Redwoods condominium complex.
