Fazal Ellahi Khan (1 January 1933 – 12 December 2023) was a Pakistani lawyer and judge who served as the 9th chief justice of the Federal Shariat Court from 12 January 2000 to 11 January 2003[2] and the Supreme Court of Pakistan judge on 3 April 1993.
