Lieutenant General Fyodor Ivanovich Shcherbakov (Kazakh: Фёдор Иванович Щербаков; 26 May 1947 – 16 August 2022)[1] was a Kazakhstani military officer of Russian descent, who served as the first Commander-in-Chief of the Kazakh Ground Forces.
