Feng Mingang (Chinese: 冯敏刚; born August 1946) is a retired Chinese politician and agronomist who served as Deputy Party Secretary of Jiangsu Province, President of the Jiangsu Provincial Party School, and Secretary of the Jiangsu Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection.[1] He previously held senior positions in Qinghai Province, including Deputy Party Secretary, Secretary of the Political and Legal Affairs Commission, and Party Secretary of Haixi Mongol and Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture.[2]
