Fernando Teixeira

Fernando Teixeira is an engineer at Ohio State University, Columbus. He was named a Fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) in 2015[1] for his contributions to time-domain electromagnetic techniques and applications.
