The following is the list of number of competitors participating at the Games per sport/discipline.

Fiji announced a team of seven athletes for the 2026 Commonwealth Games on 13 June 2026.^[10]

Fiji qualified a men's and women's 3x3 basketball teams. This will mark the country's debut in the sport at the Commonwealth Games.^[11] The full squads were announced on 13 June 2026.^[10]

Fiji selected a team of six bowlers for the 2026 Commonwealth Games.^[10]

Men

Men's squad consists of Rajnesh Prasad, Lal Prasad and Surendra Prasad.

Women

Women's squad consists of Elizabeth Moceiwai, Litia Tikoisuva and Losalini Tukai.

Fiji has selected swimmers seven swimmers (five men and two women) for the 2026 Commonwealth Games/^[10][13]

On 18 May 2026, the IWF Commonwealth Games weightlifting ranking lists were finalised. The top eight ranked lifters, limited to one per CGA, and not including Scotland (who got automatic host spots) and the directly qualified reigning Commonwealth Weightlifting champions, gained a quota place for the games in their weight class. Fiji qualified two lifters.^{[14][15][16][17]}
