Footpath Ki Ghaas (Urdu: فٹ پاتھ کی گھاس, lit. 'Sidewalk Grass') is a 1985 Pakistani television series written by Bano Qudsia based on her novel of the same name. It was produced and directed by Muhammad Nisar Hussain.[2][3]
The story is about two sisters (Bindiya) Kulsoom and (Rubina) Batool who live with their mother (Nighat) Zubaida. Their mother is a nurse at a hospital while Batool works in an office. Kulsoom is studying to pass her exams. (Farooq) Bashir takes care of his only son Nadeem (Behroz), who is ill and usually bedridden. (Waseem) Wajid is a carefree man who works at a local office.[4]
