Influence and legacy

A 2009 forum thread Kad si jadna šupendara (When you're a miserable asshole) from the section Usamljena srca (Lonely hearts), where forum users told their love and romance experiences[4] gained over 3 million views with 10,000 messages and was subsequently adapted to theatre play titled "My nuclear love" in 2016. It premiered in Concert Hall Vatroslav Lisinski in Zagreb.[5][6][7]

With more than 2 million unique visitors per month in 2010, Forum.hr's impact was large enough to be depicted in the Randall Munroe's xkcd map of online communities.[8][9]
