Francesca Camilleri Vettiger (born ~1989–1991) is a Maltese diplomat, Permanent Representative of Malta to the Council of Europe since 19 June 2023.[1]
Francesca Camilleri is the sister of Gozo Minister Clint Camilleri.[2] Around 2020 she married Mr Vettiger, a Swiss citizen from Basel.[2]
Francesca Camilleri obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.), a Diploma of Notary Public, and a Doctor of Laws (LL.D.) in May 2015[3] from the University of Malta.[1] During her master's, she was a trainee at the law firm Pisco Partners.[4] In the following years she also earned a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Human Rights Law from Utrecht University and a Master of Science (MSc) in Global Health Policy from the University of London.[1]
