Francesco Troisi (born April 11, 2007) is a Canadian soccer player who plays as a defender for HFX Wanderers FC of the Canadian Premier League.
Before he joined Whitecaps FC Academy in 2020, Troisi played at the youth level with Mountain United FC (now Burnaby FC) in the BC Soccer Premier League.[1] At age 17, Troisi made his debut for Whitecaps FC 2 in MLS Next Pro where he appeared in 3 matches across the 2025 season.[2][3]
Troisi spent one season at the NCAA Division II college level, playing with the Simon Fraser Red Leafs in 2025.[4][3]
Club career
In January 2026, HFX Wanderers FC announced the signing of Troisi to a contract through the 2027 season, with a club option for 2028.[3] On April 4, 2026, Troisi made his debut for HFX Wanderers FC, starting in their first game of the 2026 Canadian Premier League season in a 0-1 win over Vancouver FC.[5]
