Francisco Gopez "Quitong" Nepomuceno (May 11, 1916 – March 2, 1997) was a Filipino politician. He served as mayor of Angeles City from 1980 to 1987. He also served as governor of Pampanga from 1959 to 1971.[2][3] He represented the first district of Pampanga at the House of Representatives of the Philippines from 1957 to 1959.[4]
