Frank A. Salvatore (June 2, 1922 July 16, 2014) was an American politician from Pennsylvania who served as a Republican member of the Pennsylvania State Senate for the 5th district from 1985 to 2001 and the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 170th district from 1973 to 1984.[1]

Salvatore was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania[2] and graduated from Northeast High School. He attended St Joseph's College of Industrial Relations and took courses at the Fels Institute of Government at the University of Pennsylvania. He received an honorary doctorate degree from Holy Family College. He served as a U.S. Marine sergeant in the Pacific Theater during World War II from 1942 to 1945.[3]
