Fred Williams (born April 15, 1988) is an American former football wide receiver. He played college football at St. Cloud State University and attended South Division High School in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.[1] He played for the San Jose SaberCats of the Arena Football League (AFL) from 2011 to 2013. He also was on the Kansas City Chiefs' practice squad off and on from 2013 to 2015.
