The third cabinet of Mette Frederiksen, is the incoming Danish government, succeeding the previous second Frederiksen cabinet. The government will be formed after the 2026 Danish election.[1][2]

On 1 June 2026, a coalition agreement was reached between the four parties.[1] The agreement itself will be presented on Tuesday, 2 June 2026,[2] while the ministers will be announced and appointed on Wednesday, 3 June 2026.[2][3]
Headed by Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen, it will be a centre-left government,[4] consisting of the Social Democrats, the Socialist People's Party, the Moderates, and the Social Liberals. It was announced after record-long negotiations lasting 69 days,[2][5] beating the record previously held by the second Frederiksen cabinet.[6] The government will be supported by the Red–Green Alliance and The Alternative.[2]
