History and profile
Fronesis was established in 1998.[2][3] Its headquarters is in Malmö.[1][2] It is published on a quarterly basis.[3] The magazine covers critical articles on politics, theory, and critique.[4] It also features articles about culture.[5]
In 2004 Fronesis was named as the cultural journal of the year in Sweden.[2] In 2006 it became the member of Eurozine.[3][4]
