Gan Zangchun (Chinese: 甘藏春; born November 1958) is a Chinese legal scholar and former senior government official. He holds a Master of Laws degree in constitutional law from Peking University and has served in a range of positions related to legal affairs, land administration, and government reform. Gan is a former Vice President of the China Law Society. He joined the Chinese Communist Party early in his career and is known for his scholarship in constitutional studies.[1]
