Zhuo Zeyuan (Chinese: 卓泽渊; born February 1963) is a Chinese legal scholar and political educator. He currently serves as Vice President of Education and professor at the Central Party School of the Chinese Communist Party (National Academy of Governance), and as a full-time distinguished professor at Guangzhou University. Zhuo specializes in jurisprudence and legal theory, and has been an influential figure in the study of socialist rule of law theory in China.[1]
