Gareth Haddad do Espírito Santo Guadalupe is a São Toméan politician who has been serving as the Foreign Minister of São Tomé and Príncipe since 8 August 2023.[1][2] He also serves as the President of the Council of Ministers of the Community of Portuguese Language Countries since 25 August 2023.[3] He previously served as the Minister of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers from November 2022 until August 2023.[4][5][6] He is a ADI Party Member of the National Assembly for Água Grande.
