George Henry Ross KC (June 13, 1878 – September 26, 1956) was a Canadian politician and barrister from Alberta. During his career, Ross served as a councillor on Calgary City Council, a Member of Parliament and senator.
George Henry Ross was born June 13, 1878, at Bedeque, Prince Edward Island to Murdock and Margaret Ross. He earned a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Michigan.[1] He married May McDougall on January 24, 1911; they had three children together.[1] Appointed King's Counsel in 1913, Ross served as a bencher of the Law Society of Alberta from 1919 to 1930.[1]
