Giorgio Buttazzo from the Sant'Anna School of Advanced Studies, Pisa, Italy was named Fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) in 2012[1] for contributions to dynamic scheduling algorithms in real-time systems.
