Gulzar-e-Hijri or Scheme 33 (Urdu: گُلزارِ ہجری یا سکیم 33) is a neighborhood in the Karachi East district of Karachi, Pakistan. It was previously administered as part of the Gulshan Town borough,[1] which was disbanded in 2011.

Under the new local government system, Gulzar-e-Hijri lies in District East.[2] A large part of Gulzar-e-Hijri is along the Karachi-Hyderabad Motorway (M-9).
