Gustavo Cesar Rodrigues (born 9 April 1995) is a Brazilian handball player for Cesson Rennes MHB[1] and the Brazilian national team.[2]

He represented Brazil at the 2019 World Men's Handball Championship.[3][4]

In 2025 he was part of the Brazilian team that reached the quarterfinal of the World Championship for the first time, knocking out Sweden, Norway and Spain. They lost the quarterfinal to Denmark.[5]
