Guy Nicholson Turnbow (March 28, 1908 – October 4, 1975) was an American professional football tackle who played two seasons with the Philadelphia Eagles of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at the University of Mississippi.
Guy Nicholson Turnbow was born on March 28, 1908, in Brookhaven, Mississippi.[1] He attended Brookhaven High School in Brookhaven.[1]
Turnbow was a member of the Ole Miss Rebels of the University of Mississippi from 1929 to 1932 and a three-year letterman from 1930 to 1932.[1] After his senior season, he kicked the game-winning extra point in the 1932 North–South Shrine Game as the South beat the North by a score of 7–6.[2]
